Our world is full of oddities. We have odd products, animals and even people. There are over 7 billion people in this world and millions have distinctive characteristics that set themselves apart from the rest. Some are born with deformities, while others actually tailor their look for attention, self-satisfaction and even world records. For example, there are people that choose to pierce and tattoo themselves to look like an animal.

I wrote this article to reveal a few specific oddities people can have. For example, there is a man in Pakistan with a nose that is 4.8 inches long. He holds the current world for the world’s longest nose.  Here is the link.

Many people look at these oddities as repulsive and offensive. Regardless, there are always going to be people who have an interest in the unusual. Also, many humans who unfortunately have an unusual look, actually take pride in it. They even use it as leverage to break world records. People love to collect oddities such as shrunken head replicas, animal bones and taxidermies.
